The challenge of locating public restrooms in Moscow remains significant, especially given the difficulty of asking strangers on the street and the unreliable availability of internet access. The M-Toilet app aims to address this issue by providing a curated list of restrooms near each underground metro station in Moscow. Notably, the app functions without requiring an internet connection, as all data is stored locally on the user's iPhone or iPod Touch. Currently, the first version includes information on more than 100 restrooms, primarily located within Moscow McDonald's outlets.

However, it is important to note that some metro stations are not yet represented in the database, which limits the app's comprehensiveness. Improving this situation will depend on user contributions—adding new restroom information helps others who are seeking facilities, and in turn, users may benefit from others' updates in the future.
